A Comfortable Party Dress

It’s time to start thinking about holiday wear for parties, pictures, or just to feel fabulous! I definitely like to take advantage of wearing an abundance of sequins or anything shiny, but in case you need something a little toned down, this is the absolute perfect dress. It’s a stretchy jersey material, really soft, yet structured. This will flatter because it hugs at the waist but the skirt part is so ruffley that it will give you room on your lower half. I normally am so sick of hi-lo in a dress but this is really special and flows so well. This is the perfect holiday dress for an office party or even something festive to wear to a child’s school event. You can dress it up by wearing a pump or dress it down and add a shoe boot in a camel color.

This scarf is an obvious staple for the season, but if you don’t wear a scarf with this dress, I would wear a chunky necklace. The dress is plain enough that it will allow for it. I blinged it up with these amazing earrings. Like I can’t even handle how awesome they are (and so is the price). I was explaining in my snapchat that they are so not practical for my every day mom life, but really, who cares. I’m going to wear them any chance I can get because they are fun and different… and shiny.

I would advise to try this holiday dress for something casual and save your sequins for something special at night! This is appropriate enough to wear as an every day dress as well, although I will point out that the back is fairly scooped, so a low bra or front sticky bra might work best. Or just wear a cardigan or leather jacket over it! And you can always wear a lace bralet and have it show!
