Fall is definitely the season for plaid, but sometimes button-downs are difficult to wear while expecting… even if some of my plaid shirts actually fit, the buttons in front pull and create a look you just don’t want to have with a protruding tummy. I found this one that is the perfect fit, it’s long in back, and fitted on the upper half. I have found that Forever 21 and Sheinside are some good places to get basic cute things for so cheap, and you are not paying that maternity price. And even not maternity, F21 online is actually awesome and some of the items are more quality than the ones in the store. ┬áBut stores absolutely mark maternity up because they know it’s a niche market that needs it, and the customer will probably pay the price.

I hope everyone has a great week! It’s been raining here in Georgia for approximately 2 weeks, so no photo shoots… and no toddler play time… help.

Gorgeous outfit! I love that the plaid feels unexpected with a collared blouse that isn’t a button up!
