How can you go wrong with ruffles? Well, I’m sure there are people that can give many reasons… but I’m a child of the 80’s, and a huge girly girl, so in my eyes, you cannot go wrong with ruffles EVER. I would be wearing them even more than I can get away with, but I’m in my 30’s, so I’ll just live vicariously through my future children. But this cute little top/dress (depending on how tall you are) is the perfect amount of a classy ruffle. It can definitely be a dress, but was a little short on me, so I will probably usually wear it with some kind of pant. Except in Fall/Winter, the greatest seasons ever, where you can put tights with anything and it can be the shortest thing ever, and it doesn’t matter! Tights are magical and I love them. This top is part of my SheInside obsession, I love them. You can find pages of things you will love, and for amazing prices. Like if you are looking for that trendy piece and don’t want to spend a lot of money. Think of it as a better F21!
You can bet I will be wearing this to winter parties with tights for sure. But for the time being, I paired it with the cutest socks from K.Bell. I literally dreamt about these socks and looked everywhere, and found them at K.Bell! FYI decorative socks peaking out of your pants are a thing and you should try it, as well as the look with dressy socks alone. These are the perfect ones to try it with, and then can wear them through winter with dress pants or leather leggings! Is it Fall yet, I literally am dying from the heat here in Georgia.
Ps. The camera picked up on the wrinkles waaay more than real life, so sorry! We ended up getting caught in a thunderstorm and waited it out in the car where the top got even MORE wrinkled.
