Happy Monday! ‘Tis the season for plaid for sure, so try spicing it up with accessories! Today I added these Hello Dobson tassel earrings to complete this look and make it a little more holiday. They are incredibly lightweight, which is really helpful when you want to wear a statement earrings. Hello Dobson is an adorable and fun clothing and decor site, perfect for gifts. The site alone is so fun to look through. Think Kate Spade meets Lilly, at a more affordable price point. So, two tips to remember when wearing plaid this season. It’s all about the way you accessorize it. If you want to dress up any outfit, add a pump. This will immediately elevate it without being too trendy and keep you classic. A statement earring can also be completely out there, just don’t clash colors too much. Since my plaid is neutral, any color tassel earrings will be fine. If you wore a more colorful plaid, I would go with a neutral earring, or just a super sparkly one with gold or silver.

Here is Jackson, again with the hideous tupperware… his favorite. This was before his big boy haircut, so he looks like a crazy mess, but still my little baby. As far as Elston’s outfit, this is one of my favorites, which is why I tagged it. I am obsessed with turtlenecks on babies and it’s actually hard to find them! This one is so soft and the material is so thick. I’m always on the lookout for plain kid’s clothing, meaning no graphics. That is harder to find than it seems. I love Gymboree because of the material, I love Carter’s for their pajamas and styles, and I love Old Navy kids for their trendy kids clothes! And then of course Janie and Jack for EVERYTHING. Most of the time I shop at our local kid’s consignment store and I usually find amazing things. That is where I get all of Jackson’s polo brand shirts and Elston’s smocked dresses. Just some tips in the kid department if you wanted to know!

Thank you for stopping by! Since it’s Mommy Monday, that means my team of mommy bloggers have styled their own piece of a brand we are bringing you. Today, everyone looks so good in their tassel earrings, you have to give them a visit!

    1. Thanks Katie! I actually didn’t plan that, I’m not even kidding. I’ve been obsessed with this green lately, so maybe I subconsciously planned it…

  1. There are so many things I love about this post: YOU, the kids, how your earrings match Elston, the location of these photos. You are the most fashionable mother I know!

    1. Thank you Chanel… for appreciating the details 🙂 you are so sweet!
