A Monday Must-Have: The Fall Jacket

You know I would not gush over or enthusiastically post about an item I do not strongly recommend, especially when it’s a splurge item. Today we are talking about an item you need to have in your wardrobe to transition the clothes you already have, into fall. And that is the fall jacket… more specifically, the suede jacket. I am 100% in love with this jacket for the material, the fit, and the quality. I love suede as it is, but with this suede jacket specifically, you get a tailored fit that is sometimes hard to find. A light grey is a great soft neutral color that is perfect for spring and summer, but that is completely appropriate for fall and winter! Today I paired it with the perfect heathered jersey dress in a light pink, which is a perfect color for everyone. Even if you are super pale, well, because I’m the palest and it’s working.

My suede jacket is on sale for a great price, like better than the Nordstrom sale price, and I would snap it up now! I am wearing an XS because I like the fit to be snug and not look like a blob when I really need to wear it in the winter. My dress is under $60 and will carry you through the fall (in the south) and be something you will break out for spring as well.
