Spring time has arrived and I’m finding myself at a loss for clothes, although my husband would disagree. But I am a Fall loving person and primarily invest in that season because to me, layering, chilly weather, leaves, jackets, and boots are more fun. So when Spring rolls around, I feel like I need to re-evaluate my life in
general fashion. A post or two back I highlighted essential pieces you will need this Spring, and from there, not need to spend a lot on anything else. I am a habitual buyer of white shirts/tops/blouses, and find myself always drawn to everything white in any form of clothing, so that is usually what I pair together with bright pops of color. This top and cardigan were a major treasure find and an amazing price for basics that will go with everything this Spring. Since the collar is so detailed, there is no need for a necklace, but as my love for shiny things is a constant, I am obsessed with these earrings (matching necklace post to come). You can shop the collection here!
A little bit about my earrings and Rachel Marie Designs: They are a Michigan Based company working with Swarovski crystal, gemstones, semi precious stones all handset by women artisans! I like these earrings and can actually wear them because everything is lead and nickle free so they won’t infect my ears (and to those of you that just can’t help needing the best of the best haha). This line can be perfect for bridal parties because they also do custom orders/work. The price range on earrings is $18-159, necklaces $69-300 and bracelets are $49-159. So there is something for everyone, you should def go check them out!
I’m still really into colored jeans, but they can tow a fine line with being out of date, so the right color is key. Right now a color I am loving is almost white but with a baby blue tint, a fun twist on a white jean. Now is the time to play with bright colors, so I encourage you to work them into your wardrobe, and you will feel brighter!
