This outfit was for our 2nd day at NYFW, and I wore it to our meeting at the Marc Fisher showroom, as well as the Women’s Wear Daily x Samsung Event. I know a whole outfit for 2 events, it’s wild… considering the changing into multiples outfits free for all tone that everyone adopts while there. But I really loved this little gem of a jumpsuit. Unfortunately, it was on the ‘single items left’ rack at Anthro, and I actually have no idea when it was in store with a full size run. I have a pretty good idea about keep tabs on things like that, and especially any kind of jumpsuit or suspenders number! I saw it one day and passed it up because it wasn’t on sale. Then I thought about it for a week, and went back to go find it. It had to be mine because that’s the rule. When I went back, it wasn’t there and the sales associate thought they had shipped it back to corp. land. She did look in the back for me because I’ve worked retail and I’m persistent, and also because I just felt like there was a chance it was still there. She check and it was, AND it was on sale. Major win, and it was meant to be mine. So I’m sorry I can’t give you this exact one to purchase if interested, but wanted to give you an idea for an outfit. Fishnets are back and you need to try them if you feel funky enough. I found mine at ASOS, which BTW, tights and socks are way cheaper here with a great selection. I saw a few fishnets and socks on FreePeople.com and loved them, but they were literally 3 times the price of ASOS. I went with gold fishnets so it would be a little bit softer of an image than just black to try this trend with. They could be interpreted borderline oompa-lumpa style, but up close they work! I found a few options for you below, and I added my favorite jumpsuit of all time, still in stock, and still going strong, so you just need to get it already! My top is older from Zara, so I linked a few of my favorite ruffled tops for suggestions below! (if you are a XXS, this one is a must and grab it before it’s gone!) THIS one is my favorite!!!
