Who loves a good midi dress? I am very much here for it and you should be too, as it’s such a flattering style for everyone. You can dress it up around your own body type as well, layering or accessorizing the way you love the most. The reason I love a midi dress is because of the length. It’s not maxi where you can’t always move around or walk fast, and it’s not short to where you are concerned to move at all. It can hit anywhere between your knee and ankle, and usually gives a very elongated and flattering silhouette. I am loving this great front snap one because of the versatility. I am showing it to you today styled with my favorite piece of clothing ever, the white oxford shirt! This is a great look for the office or for anything a little more dressy or formal that you might have. I added a denim jacket because it’s the perfect chilly/spring time outer layer, showing you guys that all of these pieces are perfect to carry you into spring and throughout summer! I will be styling this amazing snap front midi dress later this week with a different kind of layer, and then once warm weather hits, styling it bare with must-have summer accessories. It’s definitely a staple item for my spring wardrobe and at $49, I highly recommend this midi dress!
Why is the white oxford shirt my favorite? Because it’s completely classic and class-Y! I love the look it creates and can dress up an outfit if you need it to look a little more formal or conservative. And it always seems to channel a Cher Horowitz vibe and I am always all about that. This one is a really tight fitting one, perfect for layering under things like sweaters, vests, or dresses. A longer one is a style I like to wear untucked with jeans or pants. I will also wear this fitted and shorter one tucked into a pair of jeans or a high waist skirt. Who would have thought you need 2 different styles of the same shirt… it’s true and makes a huge difference. You don’t have to spend a ton of money on one though, I’ll link my favorite two below in my shop the post! I also included my favorite grey booties, so scroll to the right. One is 50% off, making it $60, and one is a spring peep toe that I think I’m going to need asap!
