Time To Brush With Tom’s Of Maine

Today’s post is sponsored by Tom’s of Maine, all opinions are my own

As I transition our family to more pure products, one thing I was concerned about was whitening toothpaste. It used to seem like all the natural products were not whitening, and I wanted a good whitening toothpaste! So a little backstory: I actually have been using the brand Tom’s of Maine since I was little. My mom was semi-crunchy and an advocate for all-natural products before it was cool, and we used to use it as kids. It’s so funny because we used to want to use the junky bubble gum toothpaste that all our friends used in the 80’s… and now this is the brand I buy for my kids as well. Since I drink coffee and have sensitive teeth, I need a whitening toothpaste for maintenance, that will also be gentle enough for me. All of Tom’s of Maine’s oral care products are made with no artificial colors, flavors, fragrances or preservatives, nor are they tested on animals.  Tom’s of Maine has a ton of different options, but I choose the Luminous White™ toothpaste since it’s their most advanced whitening toothpaste, it’s safe on the enamel, AND safe for every day use. This natural toothpaste whitens within 2 weeks by removing more surface stains than regular fluoride toothpaste, so I’m excited this can be something long term for me. I’m not exactly a candidate for profesh teeth whitening because mine are so sensitive, so this is why I need something effective!

When it comes to brushing our teeth, it’s definitely a family affair since the kids are attached at my hip, but also so it can become less work for Robert and I as the kids become self-sufficient. Now, our nightly routine, like most toddler parents is hours long and pretty much a workout. My goal is to make teeth brushing a little less chaotic.

Love a good, natural toothpaste and my teeth could use a little whitening from all the tea I drink. Thanks.
