If you have been watching my instastories, you know that I have recently connected, and fell in love, with Mill Street Boutique. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and I truly love everything they have. Today I am highlighting two summer dress options that you need to have this summer for a vacation. You definitely need a comfortable dress that you can wear when the nights get chilly, and this one is it! I was pleasantly surprised at how much I am obsessed with this pink and blue embroidered one. It is lined and the softest thing ever on both sides. When I first wore it, I was having some issues with the lining poking out of the bottom because I steamed it. I had no clue how to fix this, but I just washed and dried it completely and it seemed to shrink back. Next time I wear it, I will probably only steam the top layer. The second dress is perfect for a beach night out, or even to wear on a cruise. It’s flowy and not at all binding, and I am loving the ties at the sides. Also, it has pockets! When looking for a summer dress, you should look at colors that are fun and something you might not normally wear in the winter (I know, white for me does not align with this rule considering I wear it year round). But summer is the time to wear color and branch out of your comfort zone. Yolo people. Also, I recommend the comfortable dress that almost feels like pajamas but allows you to wear it anywhere and look put together. It also helps if you can mix and match shoes so you don’t have to bring a million with you on trips. Just a few favorites that go with everything. I recommend the tan block heels that I am loving, a black strappy, or the ‘it’ wedge of the year. These three are the ones I basically change out with most of my summer dress options, and even my white jeans.
