How To Wear A Comfortable Work Pant

These might be the most comfortable pants that are not sweat pants! They have a pin stripe which elevates them to a dressy level, while staying so soft and moveable! The waistband is fabric and stretchy so I probably wouldn’t tuck a shirt into them. It also folds over, so these could also work for maternity. Like where were these when I was looking for work outfits that were not binding?! Even though the top and bottom are a boho chic vibe, I of course added a nude pump. I’m obsessed with adding them to most outfits, but also because I wanted it to have a dressier look and elongate the leg. Since these pants are a bit cropped, I felt like it needed a heel that didn’t cut off the leg since the pants could possibly do that with the wrong shoe. My top is so amazingly soft and I will definitely layer it when the temperature drops, probably under a chunky sweater. My necklace is on-trend as you will see both Baublebar and Kendra Scott have lion, medieval inspired jewelry right now! If you need a comfortable work pant but want to look put together, you know how I feel about adding nude pumps to any outfit! It will always dress it up. So instead of looking for the perfect clog or mule, you can always grab a pump.

This coffee shop that this outfit was taken at was the cutest little place in Vinings (ITP), Georgia! I’ve been wanting to go here for awhile, and if you are in ATL, it’s worth stopping in! Books lined the walls and laptops lined the counters. There is nothing better than the smell of books and coffee, I find such calm in those smells. I think I need to stop in bookstores more often! I stopped in after a working lunch with my blogger bestie Allie from Peachfully Chic (right before I got the call from daycare saying Elston was running a high fever). I enjoyed the moment while it lasted and got a delicious vanilla latte and snapped some cute pics! Poor Elston had that high fever all weekend, which resulted in us being so worried by Sunday that we spent the morning at urgent care. It helped give us a piece of mind just to get her checked out. They told us since it was so high, it probably wasn’t just teething and she was fighting something like a virus. She had no other symptoms, just extremely hot and fussy. Eventually it ran it’s course thank goodness. There is literally nothing worse of a feeling when your babies are not 100%. I am pretty much anxious and physically tense and holding my breath until they are ok.

Allie and I are working on a few really cool projects and I honestly love collaborating with other bloggers on fun projects. It’s a great chance to bring each personality to the table and bring out what each person is good at and combine them. We have two projects going on for fall, both which I hope you find some fun inspiration in! I hope everyone is having a great Tuesday, I am finally back to work and working on NYFW all week. I am SO excited for what is to come and I hope you will follow along! You can shop my outfit in the ‘shop the post’ below!
