You know I love a good statement item. Because, why wear a plain and ‘safe’ dress when you can wear something fabulous?! This probably goes with my Yolo mindset. But there are so many amazing clothes out there that need to be worn! Some of which are amazing statement dresses.

This BHLDN statement dress I’m wearing is from a season ago. But it surprised me that they have special occasion dresses that aren’t just weddings. However, if I ever got married again… jkjk, for our 10 year vow renewal, I will 100% be wearing BHLDN. Their statement dresses are affordable when comparing in the bridal industry. Plus, they are the most beautiful dresses I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend them! And, if you didn’t know already, they are an extension of Anthropologie. Which is a testament to their beauty and quality.

I have worn this dress before with the kids HERE in this stylish motherhood post. But wanted to wear it again. Which was the same day I shot my 5 year blogiversary photos. I had thrown this dress in the car for a safe option like I always do, and then just went for it!
