3 Ways To Wear A Blazer
I always forget how much I love blazers! Maybe since I work from home, I don’t wear them often, but there is something so chic and finishing about them. This one that I am showing you today is the best one from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, but you can mix and match with this inspo with any long line blazer, or ‘boyfriend blazer’. There are a few sizes left and I do think it will come back in stock, but there’s a ton of good blazers out there too. I will round up my favorites aside from this one as well, because I’ve seen good ones in my travels at H&M and even Abercrombie believe it or not.
One detail I stick to when fitting the perfect blazer either boyfriend blazer style or not.. for me or styling clients, is I do like them to be fitted. If you have to, go down a size. I like the arms to be tight because it’s already boxy and can look oversized, sometimes drowning you in it. So making sure the sleeves are fitted makes it look better and even more structured. What I like about this one is that the sleeves don’t go completely all the way down and there is a scrunching detail. Also, wearing a longer blazer, you can truly wear them with anything except a baggy pant to me. You can pair them with spanx leggings, skirts, mini or midi, jeans, or a skinny dress pant. The long boyfriend blazer is more trendy at the moment than just a basic shorter one, so have fun with it! Wear a bodysuit under it or a statement earring.
The first look is with the matching pants, which I always love a matching set, and the pants are straight let and fit so well!
The second look I decided to pair with black jeans and keep the pattern mixing going.
The third look is more casual, and kind of a nod to the 90’s with my rolled straight leg jeans. I was so hot including my favorite turtleneck, but it’s definitely a piece worth scooping up during the Nsale, because it’s too expensive regularly priced… but such a good shirt!
Here are some of my current favorite boyfriend blazer options!

Wow love your outfit and totally agree with your method of going down one size.
