Beach Peach

I’ve talked about Kortni Jeane before, because it’s my favorite swimwear, especially for a mommy and me swim! They have the best patterns and colors and you can mix and match all tops and bottoms. When I saw this peach pattern, I knew it was meant to be! There was also a raspberry pattern that I’m dying over, and an off the shoulder style that I almost don’t want summer to end for just that reason. Almost. Bring on Halloween please. Anywayyy, while we are here at the beach, we may as well talk summer. So the style and cut of Kortni Jeane is designed to fit all body types, and gives maximum coverage. They also show real women on their site with all body types, which is helpful when trying to see what style would look best on you when online shopping. They are pretty true to size, I am wearing an XS top and it’s a little tight! I would probably normally go with a small (even though my cup size is tiny), the elastic is kind of tight. My bottoms are Smalls and work perfectly. Elston is wearing a 2/3T, and will hopefully be able to wear it next summer! She does still fit into her 18 month bikini, so sizing with babes is generous in Kortni Jeane.

We are winding down our last beach vacation of the year, and aside from being so excited for fall, it comes at such a time of conflict. The kids are just now getting so comfortable with the water, and Jackson is pretty much teaching himself to swim. The past couple days he has been holding his breath and swimming around. Elston just floats around in her swimmy and seems to love it. I on the other hand, have developed a huge anxiety of the water since having kids. Not for myself, but for them to be around it at all. It makes me extremely nervous. I want them to enjoy it and learn without me instilling any kind of fear or apprehension, but my favorite part is when they get out. Does anyone else feel this way, or do I need therapy?

You will definitely be able to find a style that looks best on you that is very different from what all the stores will have. I love how it’s not the same suit everyone has from Target, etc. And it’s reasonably priced, especially for a mommy and me swim match!
