Blogger Brunch

One really great thing about this blogging journey is the amazing friends I have met along the way. Every time I go to an event or connect with one person, it opens so many other doors and introduces me to like-minded, entrepreneurial, and interesting women. This blogger brunch is for my new blogging bff who is one of the most amazing and organized bloggers I know. There are days I can barely hold it together or cannot find the time to event edit a post, and Ally just amazes me because her blog is beautiful and her topics (every one of them) are so informational and interesting. The coolest part (to me) is that we lived and worked in New York City at the exact same time! It’s so crazy how we were able to meet and connect down here in Atlanta but have so much in common! It was so fun when we first discovered this and reminisced about our walks to work, the food, the fashion, our favorite places in the city, and just life in general. I have found such great friendships in the people I have met either in New York or that had lived there, because we were all there for the exact same reason; because we just had to live there at a point in our lives giving us that similarity in personality trait and has shaped us as people because of it.
Anyway, this blogger brunch was for Ally’s Blogiversary! She started her blog a year ago, and in blogging world, your anniversary is a big deal. The blog becomes a part of you with all the time, work, and thought that you put into it. This one though, was like no other. If I were to be an organized, crafty person in another life, it would be Ally. When you are done reading this, you need to head over to her blog Peachfully Chic, for real. So the brunch was held at the coolest creative space in Atlanta, Foster Atlanta. We had food, guest PR speakers, and a DIY coaster project. I absolutely love all the events I go to in this blogging world and connecting with the most interesting people. My pictures do not do this day justice of how perfect everything was, so check out Ally’s recap post on it too.
Coming up on Monday – my recap of the Atlanta BHLDN event. I’m so excited about it because anything Anthropologie does, they do well, but I met MORE amazing women there too!
xo, Mireille
I absolutely love this post! Keep up the great work, Mireille!!
P.S. If I could blog (I’ve always wanted to, but I don’t know where to start or find the time!) I think mine would look a lot likes yours! Well planned, beautiful photos, fashion savvy (but still showcases your unique individual style) and very professional!
Have a great weekend!! xo – Heather
Heather, That is so so so sweet, thank you so much. It means so much to me because it does take so much time to put into the blog! xo
