Date Your Spouse With A Jewelry Giveaway

Dating your spouse is so important and can actually be in many forms, it doesn’t have to be the typical dinner and a movie. Or if you’re a parent, then dinner out where you talk about the kids, look at their pictures in your phone, and then rush home to find still awake children. Hopefully that is not just us, and candidly we are 100% awful at dating. So much so that Robert texted his entire family on a group text in an emergency effort a few months ago, lining up babysitters to span over the next few months. Like we were that bad that we had to take extreme action to spend time together. And it’s not like we don’t… we just do it with our kids. Which we love almost all the time. Almost. It wasn’t until we started spending these nights out that we remembered that we could actually do them! That they are real! And they don’t just have to be nights, we very much enjoy a day date where we drive around Atlanta in search of premium coffee shops, go house hunting and dream, and sometimes end the afternoon at a Ramen bar. We love these and it’s doing common interests that bond us. Back a few years ago when Jackson was a few months old, we would take afternoons and work on blog life. We would rush around, take pictures for the blog, outfit changes, drives to many locations, etc. Which was our personal hustle at the time and maybe what it took, but now we make sure to not work when we have date moments. We just try to spend time together. Do you guys have any special date activities that you really love to do?

In celebration of our anniversary and our local partnership, we took some time to get a few special photos. We wanted to capture the voice and feel of this giveaway. We will cherish these photos forever and here’s why. We had a little engagement session done by Robert’s cousin right after we got engaged. It was so pretty, but again, we barely knew each other! ha!
