Dressing for comfort and keeping the style
dress | jacket: Momo Maternity c/o | shoe boots are older, options here and here | scarf | necklace | bracelets: Kendra Phillip | bag: Celine (I always look at sites like this)
This is the most comfortable t-shirt dress and it’s $15 and not even maternity… sooo you need it. I am at the point where nothing is comfortable except maybe a stretchy t-shirt dress… and a bathtub. I’m about to face more months of sleepless nights, but I’m excited to be able to wear normal clothes because that is when I feel the most like myself. So hopefully we can get back to, or transition, into a good ‘mom style’ that works well for a lot of people. This jacket I will be wearing for awhile though, I am loving the folded ‘cascading’ material in the front… it’s actually what I look for when looking for a leather or any kind of jacket. And the price is really good for something that you can wear with so many outfits and keep on repeat with a pair of jeans to dress up an outfit. I would wear this with jeans and a plain white t-shirt, and any kind of shoes… heels for dressy, flats for casual, and chucks for super casual.
This day we took Jackson to a fun outdoor shopping area since it was warm and let him run around. We got some great shots of him just being so cute and curious, and of course, being mesmerized by planes that fly above. He behaved for the most part… he just has so much energy and loves to run around. In my pregnant state, it makes it so hard to run after him, and then when I catch him, I usually have to carry him kicking and screaming if we are needing to leave. He doesn’t like to be forced to do anything… just keep running. I have no clue how people have more than one child when they are so young… but I will let you know how it goes soon enough!
Thanks for reading, I hope everyone has a great weekend! I’m counting down the days until we meet our baby girl!… and trying to put out blog posts without falling asleep the second I sit down.
