Family Portrait With CH Carolina Herrera

There are a few icons in fashion that truly embody everything I am about or want to be about, and Carolina Herrera and her fashion house is one of them. Probably the top one. Here’s why: She is the epitome of class, hard work, and motherhood. These 3 words are something that have actually shaped who I am tremendously in these last few years, as I grow a blog and business and as a mother. Motherhood is who I am now and with my intense love for fashion, I truly believe it is possible to live a stylish motherhood. For me, there is no other way and through my blog I hope to inspire others through tips, creativity, and encouragement. But I am obviously not the first to think this. I know my grandmother thought this, my mother, and now me… but Carolina thought it and created an empire with it.

When this project to work together for the blog came up, I was honored and almost blown away, because of what that means in so many ways. First of all, the fact that this brand aligned my style with theirs and thought that I was a fit to work with them and promote them is a huge compliment to my craft and vision. Second, it is an incredible milestone for my blog, and what I have built. I wholeheartedly believe in this brand and this woman.

You know the Carolina Herrera signature very well, even if you think you might not know. The oxford shirt (my true love staple item) with the full a-line skirt is her trademark, among the color red, polka dots, and pearls. She believes in the classic feminine silhouette. I love that the brand values are: family, elegance, class, and loyalty.

While CH is a luxury brand, it is affordable luxury and lifestyle. This event is not to pressure or have you come out to feel like you have to purchase. The point is to introduce you to something inspiring, and appreciating the stylish parenthood. Most will not have a closet full of name brands. That is not what it is about, but about having that one special piece that you cherish, or pass down, or goal towards. I want you to come and talk fashion and style with me, learn what Carolina Herrera is about and relish in it.

I would love to have you come out this weekend and see me. My kids will be there some of the time, so bring kids, bring anyone! This is all about becoming aware of something beautiful and fun, while celebrating the stylish parenthood. It is possible to have both, come be inspired.
