Favorite Basic

A white oxford with jeans is one of my go-to outfits and a classic favorite. It’s perfect for a casual clean look, and can also be dressed up by adding a heel/wedge or boots in the fall. I added an over-sized slouchy sweater since it’s still chilly out and obviously because I love layering. This combo is perfect for when you are going somewhere and not sure what to wear, if you want to be dressy and not feel too overdressed (although that is rarely possible). I kept my necklace minimal but this could also work with a pendant necklace. My favorite way to wear this shirt is tucked in, this shirt is shorter so it tucks perfect. I have a boyfriend fit that is a little longer in the back that you would let hang down in the back. I would add heels and a clutch for dinner, dates, or events, and flats like I’m wearing here for errands or an outing with lots of walking with a little one. Tomorrow I will post a slight variation of this outfit, where I add the only short you will need this season.
