High Waist Shirt Skirt

You know I cannot get enough of the high waist skirt. It flatters pretty much everyone, and one like this especially. This one cinches the waist to pull you in, but then gives room to move and relax below that. It’s also a shirt material and button up, so is such a cute way to give your summer look a step up! Also, I have been searching for a tank exactly like this for a better price than the J.Crew one, better fit than the LOFT one, and cuter than the Target/F21/Banana ones. AND it’s $19! I got the Tall fit in an XS so it would be long enough to wear it out or half tucked into jeans. The fit and the straps are perfect and everything I was looking for in a dressy-ish summer tank. If you decide to get this high waist skirt, size up, the waist is pretty tight, even though it is a little adjustable with tights, it still has elastic.
