New Year Brights

I know… it’s the white jean again. But it’s the best fashion choice ever and I’m here to refresh your wardrobe to start the year out with some whites and brights. We will start out with winter sweaters: Every gal needs a lace up sweater. You have probably seen sweaters with some version of a lace up either in the front or sleeves, and I thought this one was elegant with the tie in the back. It is perfect for dreary winter because of the cable knit, but the blush color is still going strong, so it will carry you into a chilly spring. My lace up sweater is currently not available in pink right now but there is a cream, gold, and grey. When I style clients and pull out their white jeans, I always get questions and pushback about when to wear them. I always say you can literally wear them anytime. These are my favorite ones ever and Gap just put them on their site again. They clearanced them out at the end of the summer (I guess they didn’t get the memo about year round whites). What I love most about them is where they hit at the ankle and the fact that they are the perfect amount of stretchy! The other pair I highly recommend and love are these from Madewell. If you want to do a little refresh on your wardrobe, any kind of lace up sweater adds the perfect detail, and definitely invest in a pair of white denim.
