Happy September! I am so excited it’s here and will hopefully start getting cooler here in Georgia. Now is the time to start wearing light layers by keeping your summer tanks and pulling out your sweaters and cardigans. This is one of my all time favorite knit chunky sweaters (a must-have) and I wish I could find you the exact link because I get asked about it all the time. It was just one of those finds at H&M when the store was crazy busy and unorganized, and hanging all alone. I had no idea if there were others, but I grabbed it and never looked back. I am always on the lookout for a good chunky knit sweater. This tank that I am working into my cami staples is actually so inexpensive and great because the material doesn’t wrinkle. I couldn’t help myself when bringing out the boots, I am obsessed with boots of all kinds! I would wear them year round if I could. And believe me, ask my college girl friends, I definitely did that with my Ugg boots back in the day. I found these through Octer, which is a great online shopping site. You can basically shop for something specific by item, or by actual store. This helps if you are trying to price compare because it will give you options from stores having your product you might not have heard of or shopped from before. For example with these boots, I knew I was looking for an over-the-knee boot this season and knew I loved Nordstrom’s selection. But I also wanted to see what else was out there, and Octer was able to pull up options for me. I ended up getting the Nordstrom option of it, which you check out through the store of your choice, but like how Octer gives me options to choose from. You’ve gotta price compare and have options!
As the weather starts to crisp and we all get our first PSL (try the cinnamon dolce, it’s way better), this is the perfect outfit idea to try out. #Basic alert, but you may as well have the right outfit to start the season out! You know I will always try to find the best deals when it comes to my style advice and suggestions. Some things just aren’t worth spending high price money on, and I will definitely tell you when it is and when you need to invest in something. I have seen some really great long cardigan sweaters at Old Navy, a great chunky knit cardigan here at Urban, and this wine colored one is gorgeous.
I’ve got some really great style posts coming up this fall and I am so excited about it. The cooler weather is definitely my forte to style for, so I hope you follow along! Have a great Thursday!
