Style Has No Size: Madewell Denim And Sweaters
Our Style Has No Size series is back and this time we have teamed up with Madewell for all the denim and cozy goodness! As part of this passion project and the reason why we started it, is because we wanted to show you fun and stylish ways of dressing and that they are for everyone! Our hope is to inspire people of all sizes to try something because the driving force behind this for both of us, is that we love fashion and the possibility of it all. We are loving this so much, along with your amazing support, that we are going to take this to a bi-monthly thing! We will pull out our favorite looks twice a month, so we would love to hear from you if there is any kind of specific style or piece of clothing you would like to see!
This month, Madewell launched style inclusiveness and opened up their brand to more sizing! We were so excited about that because we both truly love Madewell as a brand and of course, how everything is tailored to every body. We are honored to team up with them and the first look is something that can be worn from fall into winter. We love their cozy sweaters and decided to go with one of their classic striped styles. We wanted to show you that denim on denim is not only on trend, but for everyone… and it breaks up the bold stripes as well. The look is topped off with a fun striped sock and maryjanes, kind of a throw back, yet, made new again! If you are nervous about trying out this trend, don’t be, have fun with it! Start out with a really pretty shimmery or sheer sock with either a pump or dress shoe. This look can literally be done with any kind of shoe of sock. I have loved to play with fish net socks too, and even pair with sneakers!
