Summer Accessories
I love accessorizing an outfit with a statement piece, investment bag, or really fun headband! I rounded up all of my favorite things to add to your summer outfits. I personally, am a huge fan of the arm bangle… forever on-trend for me. I remember seeing them when I was little in the Victoria Secret catalogs, and it’s just always been in my head as sexy and something so subtle that makes a statement. I was the only one wearing them in college and I will wear them even now! Luckily it looks like they are coming back around. A few other noteworthy items this season are headbands, fun visors, bright clutches, chain belts, and the ‘it’ brand of the warm season: Chloe.
A favorite of mine right now that really caught my attention is this Lorna Murray visor. This is an Australian brand that makes the most gorgeous hats and visors. I ordered one and it just came, and will be so perfect for tennis, golf, and pool days… you will truly see this all summer. It’s a bit pricey for a visor, but so beautiful and one of those items that is just worth adding to any outfit this summer. Shipping is around $40 which I know is kind of crazy, but you can find a few here and there on US sites. They aren’t linkable via LTK, but here is the link to the one I got. I am loving my Lele Sadoughi headbands, they are truly a brand that does not hurt my head. You do get what you pay for and the padding is thick so it doesn’t pinch as much as some do. I’m pairing bright accessories (I’m really into yellow right now) with my classic favorite: the white oxford button down and my Levi’s stretch jeans!
