Summer Jackets

As someone who is always cold, I love summer jackets. If you think I sound insane (I might be), but I think differently about the jackets I wear in summer. Of course the trusted denim jacket is always a great summer option, but there are so many fun options. I feel like with a summer jacket, you can have fun with the details, or embellishments, that when it’s cold out, literally the one job of a jacket/coat is to keep you warm. I just know me, and when it’s cold out, I just want to layer up and be warm, and not deal with fun details of my outerwear. This is why I said I just think differently about layering in the summer.

I just loved with rhinestone fringe jacket when I saw it and knew I needed it. There are much expensive versions out there, so this one is the most reasonable. I paired it with more denim, which forget the rule of your denim having to match, or even be the same color.. because it doesn’t have to.

I also switched a casual look for more dressy by adding a jacket and heels, which I always feel more chic in. And then moving forward, I love the thought of this rhinestone fringe jacket with knit skirts (of all colors) and like a fabric or sweater pencil skirt. I’ll be styling this jacket for awhile so you’ll see it again.
