Summer Statement Tops
I LOVE separates and I love texture, and more importantly, I love a statement top. So I decided to round up a bunch of really cute tops to have in your closet that you can throw on with jeans for a summer date night and still make a statement, or pair with skirts and dress pants for something a little dressier like a shower or function. Personally, I love a fancy top that you can wear with shorts or jeans, and a simple pair of slides. There is something so easy about it, but also easy enough to just put together and LOOK put together!
This first look includes the cutest pearl embellished tank that I will also wear with shorts and linen pants. I would even throw a white shirt under this in the fall!
This second top involves puffed sleeves which I always love. It’s a bit cropped but works just fine with a high rise pair of jeans. Although the kids these days will wear this with low-rise jeans most-likely… but that just won’t work post-child bearing lol.
This last look is one of my favorite tops ever. It’s actually a bodysuit, and I just saw that they are making it into a cropped top as well. I love this with destroyed denim, sleek denim, jean shorts… basically it can go with anything. This is a must-have top in your closet, I wore mine all last summer with denim shorts, so it’s definitely a purchase that is worth it now being the second year it’s being sold and worn!
