Sunny Side Up

This outfit reminds me of brunch! This thermal henley is the top of the moment and I’m actually loving it. It comes in 4 other colors but thought this color would be the most versatile. It’s easy to move in and long enough where it gives full coverage at all times. The sleeves are tight in a good way, because the rest of the shirt is so flowy so they kind of need to be, to be flattering. I just keep thinking it’s the perfect ‘right now’ shirt for lounging, weekend casual, or weekday momlife. And the thermal henley is everywhere right now in so many different styles. Free People is somewhat known for their thermal henley which is why you will see so many from this brand, and a lot of people are snapping this one up this spring! My jeans are the Free People busted knee, and while I didn’t like them as much in the darker colors, I do like the white. And that is just personal preference because with the knee showing, my knees aren’t ‘boney’ and the fit was kind of tight. But with the white color, it works better illusion wise. I also don’t mind the break up of color in the bright white jean. If you are considering these, the are on the small side which is usually abnormal for Free People, but size up one size from your normal sizing. They aren’t as high rise as I would like (I’ve found only Madewell’s highest rise is the best for that, but they are good enough for the style and price. I do like where they hit at the ankle though!

To quickly touch on investing in certain items, I always say to invest in bags and shoes. You will probably see these espadrilles a lot so I can get the most for my money! And as for bags since I’ve had a lot of gushing over this one, I typically go to resale online sites (that are verified) to buy designer. They are always in great condition and verified, and you can see pictures of the actual bag at places like Trendlee or The Real Real!
