How to Wear Black and Navy Together

Back in the day, like during my formative years, there were huge color and outfit no-no’s. Like wearing red and pink together, no red for redheads, white after Labor Day, brown and black together… and the topic we will tackle today: black and navy together. You should know by now that all the above rules are out the window and we live in a style age where anything goes. And honestly, I love every single one of those olden days ‘no-no’s’. I recently have beeen gravitating towards navy and black together as I think it’s two very chic colors. If you can wear an outfit where the colors are easily distinguishable (like maybe not a navy that is just way too black, or a faded black), then you are making a statement!

I was originally inspired by this gorgeous bag that I still think about, so I think I need to have it. It’s going to work for spring too. And although these pants are somewhat of a skinny leg, I have graduated to a new pair that I just ordered. They are way better, straight leg, and fit like a dream b/c they are Levi’s.
