A Casual Bell Sleeve

One shirt worn two ways, and since it’s not spring in Georgia at the moment, wearing jeans is the only option. This top is a great material in that it’s stretchy, doesn’t wrinkle, and really comfortable. I have to talk about these bow flats shoes because I am literally obsessed with them. They are currently $23!!!! Sizes are going like crazy, but they also come in black, so you have a shot if you want them! I have worn them every day for about a week and will be wearing them with everything for the next couple months. This works perfect for me as a mom because I want a cute and put together outfit but can’t wear heels every day with the kids.

I’ve talked about my favorite jean shorts lately and how I’m super picky about them. They have to be a certain style in order to not cut off my legs. My legs are the largest part about me, and if you can relate here are the tips I use too! I need the outer sides to go up a little, this elongates the leg (as opposed to the cuffed ones that can be a thick cuff and go straight across the leg. It’s best to have them somewhat loose fitting (which is actually difficult to find) as opposed to really tight on the thigh. I’m sure they don’t intend to be but I really don’t want to give up cookies, so here we are. My favorite go to shorts are Abercrombie & Fitch and Free People. Let me just tell you that FP does. it. right. I have many shorts of theirs from over the years and love how they just fit like a glove. The ones that have slits or go up on the sides are still my favorites from 5 years ago! The ones I’m wearing today are actually American Eagle as you can probably tell from the pocket design, which I’m not crazy about having, but I found these last year and they were a great fit with the crochet pockets. I prefer a plain pocket, and many stores do that now thank goodness. (Who would’ve thought after the phase we were all in in college with MAJOR brand pocket design, ugh I’m judging myself). I have a few of my favorite options linked below so you can start thinking about the perfect denim short as spring approaches! The blow flats are also linked on the side bar of my blog and I will be reminding you often about them, if you are interested, BECAUSE THEY ARE AMAZING and make ANYONE chic.
