silk shiftdress-anthro sweater{ dress: Anthropologie, old, similar here and here, ahh and this | sweater: Anthropologie, old, but both this and this are cool | boots: old | bag: Clare Vivier I’ve been dying for this clutch forever, and it’s totes pops among bloggers (if you sign up through Piperlime for the 1st time, you get a % off your order, and this purchase is worth it to do so! BUT they are on backorder now till Feb… so you weigh the diff) | necklace: my sweet little Jackson’s name from Guardian Jewelry }

Although this is an old outfit and this sweater is very unique, you can recreate it. This is just a shift dress with some sleeve detailing, and you can put a unique vest over something very flowy or silk. I got this sweater at Anthro long after I worked for the company, and it was one of those items I stalked, never forgot, then pounced on when the opportunity arose. I remember seeing it when it has first come out, on a mannequin and fell in love, could not stop thinking about it, but it was so expensive, so I bookmarked it in my head. I rarely pay full price for anything and love finding deals, so that’s why when I see quality things I love, it becomes a project and adventure until I can get it. I ended up getting this sweater later once it was in the anthro sale room, and an extra percentage off as well. But Anthro is worth always checking into and having a mental inventory because their things are extremely unique, classic, and well made. Most of my things I can wear for years, and somehow really never goes out of style, or I can incorporate it into whatever style is going on at the moment. These shoe boots are also yearssss old, and there were many years in NY I did not wear them, because I needed walk-able heels… so I recently pulled them out again. I linked similar sweater items, but would love to hear of any that you have, or a favorite different style. Please share!
