Cropped Blazer for Summer

I usually don’t love the typical summer clothes; sundresses, hats, flip flops, and shorts. But I also don’t love summer lol, so I guess I have a need to spice it up anyway to get through. When I saw this cropped blazer, I thought it was so chic. I also thought, can I pull it off at my age? After 3 kids I’m not Gen Z or it’s trends. I do like a few things here and there, so I figured I would try it, because at my age, I also do not care and am going to wear what I want/love as well. I really love the way this cropped blazer fit and was so happy it worked out. The way the ties cross is well done and is flattering to the body.

My second question was; what do I wear it with? I wanted a fun summery pant, so I went with this cropped pant. I would probably want something a little more high waist, but I went for this anyway. I will probably pair the blazer with a high waist jean or even an a-line skirt. The blazer comes in other colors, and the pants come in a few other really pretty summer citrus-y colors! Let me know if you try either in different colors!
