I’m obsessed with floral, shift dresses, tulips, polka dots, and pumps.. so I combined them all. I’m actually not a hat person, but decided to try this cute one because it had a ribbon and it will be perfect for the beach this summer. Finding a really cute ankle sock is the perfect way to transition into Spring and try something new (yet old).  And just like belting your scarves, try belting your cardigans over a dress while you still to wear one on chilly days.
