Harem Pants: What Exactly Are They And Why Are They Fabulous

I have just discovered the most amazing harem pants! And what is crazy, is that I loved how they looked on someone NOT pregnant. But, they work like a dream in my final month of pregnancy!

They are so soft and come in some really great colors. These Free People harem pants will be perfect for postpartum because they go high on the waist and are just comfortable and forgiving. So what exactly are they? Well, if you don’t know, they are just pants that kind of don’t go all the way up to the crotch. They don’t have to be high waist, but I love when they are. The other thing I was looking for when scouting out a good spring pant, is a tie at the ankle and for them to go up a bit on the sides. I just love this and think it’s so flattering.

My New Favorite Harem Pants

I paired these harem pants with one of my favorite tops from years past, but I will always seek out a princess sleeve (puff sleeve)! I have a few I’m loving if you’re interesting in adding one to your closet, all you need is one or two that you can wear with anything!
