How To Wear Sweats and Knits as Workwear?!

How to Wear Sweats to Work

I found the most comfortable outfit of all time, and I suppose you can judge for yourself whether it’s ‘stylish’ or not, but I think it is! So if you’re pregnant out there with me, these pants are an absolute MUST! They come in a ton of colors. I kept my red ones long, but then cut these navy ones because right above the ankle is where I like all my pants to be. Are you too wanting a little more comfort in the clothes you wear to work? Then keep reading to see my tips on how to wear sweats to work!

I also wanted to show you this orange leopard sweatshirt (very Clare V vibes) styled slightly different, since you know I love my midi skirts! And anything over the bump. I am probably driving this into the ground, but I normally will not wear an under the bump pant and put a shirt all the way over my bump. I just don’t think it’s flattering, and of course I dress to flatter the body in the best way… but while pregnant, you need to accentuate what you’re working with! So anything I can pull up to be high waist, I’m going to!

This grey skirt for example, is not maternity and I’ve worn it normally with every day clothes, high on the waist. HERE is a post where I am wearing it in Nov.2017! I told you I keep favorite clothes for a long time, get use out of them, and invest wisely! A grey high waist pencil skirt, sweater or not, is always a great item to have in your wardrobe. While pregnant, anything high waist and stretchy will work for you. Anything bodycon looks really good, and it’s probably the only time a true bodycon dress/skirt can work for you… unless you are still in your teens and 20’s lol.

With this current outfit, I added a fun rugby sport sock with my Stuart Weitzman sandal heels.

This amazing orange leopard sweatshirt is from Evereve and just in time for their opening at Avalon! We are so excited here in Georgia because I love Avalon in general, and all of us suburb people don’t have to drive down to anywhere close to 285! There is a major VIP meet-up event happening in preparation for their grand opening, on February 13th and I hope you’ll join me! It’s Galentine’s Day so maybe you have plans to go out, and if you’ll be in the area, please stop by! There will be sips and snacks and a chance to hear about the company from the founders and CEO.

I rounded up some of my favorite casual knits (including this orange leopard sweatshirt) right now that you can pair with casual and comfortable weekend attire, or put with a skirt and fool everyone!
