The Princess Sleeve: My All-time Favorite Sleeve

What is the princess sleeve you ask? Maybe you already know. It’s not exactly a replica of Snow White’s outfit, but the silhouette is the idea. I just love this sleeve and it’s probably because I do have the liberty to go crazy with large and poufy top details with my AA cups. It’s a perk of what I’ve been given to work with… or lack thereof. Not that you can’t try this style if you have a larger chest, because honestly, I think sleeve details are everything. I say go for it. I just have to compensate with large details in other places since my chest is very small.

This top I’m wearing today is a fun and lightweight way to wear this trend that is part casual and part frilly and fun. It’s the perfect spring top that you can throw on with jeans and a strappy sandal and be ready to go! I would consider this a great ‘mom life’ outfit that is comfortable and effortless. My jeans are my trusty Madewell high waist jeans, and sandals are one of my favorites that go with everything!

I have to shout out Elston’s amazing tutu, it’s from my favorite place for tulle tutus! Plum NYC just makes them so well, and they can withstand toddler life. We have 3 colors and love them so much. They snap at the bottom too, so it’s perfect for diaper babes as well as if you’re potty training! They come in all sizes and colors. I love our long sleeved one, but now that the weather is warm, the tanks like this peach one are what we will live in. Throw a sweater on top, and it’s a perfectly acceptable out and about outfit. I do highly recommend this brand because I am picky about the tulle skirts and Etsy just doesn’t cut it because the tulle ends up destroyed. Plum tutus keep their shape even after washing them, which we have to do allll the time!
